Today I had the pleasure of interviewing Milan Vasovic with Photo Cine Art.
Milan is a Fine Art Wedding Photographer based in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic with over 15 years experience.  His passion for capturing powerful raw emotions through photography and cinematography is shown throughout his work. 

There is a lot going on at weddings, especially at a destination wedding. There are friends and family together, that haven’t seen each other for some time.  They have a unique opportunity to spend quality time together, you may even say, a family vacation.  There's the ceremony, reception, the first dance, the cake, the list goes on and on.  And just as importantly there are all the little moments in between the big moments.  The hugs, crying, little kids playing, and most often forgot are the small details.

Tell me about your storytelling process.

For us at Photo Cine Art, Wedding details are essential to storytelling, how you choose them is an expression of all that is unique about you.  Every part from the centerpieces to the flowers helps tie together the color scheme and the overall look of the day - details will reveal the exclusive atmosphere of your wedding day.

Why is capturing the little details important?

Personally, as a wedding photographer, one of my favorite things to photograph on the wedding day are the details.  I love to photograph everything about the details from the beautiful centerpieces and the venue décor, the rings to the very, very important details - the stationery.  Why, you may ask? Because, beautiful detail shots of the stationery will spark memories of raw emotions.  For example, the moment when you tear up as you read his pre-ceremony letter to you.

Why are the stationery details essential?
